I lead a year-long internal digital communications audit of 15 departments and research centers of the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. In early 2019, our team drafted a questionnaire to be delivered to department chairs across the college about their business goals and communications efforts.
In-person interviews were held with personnel from each department over the course of three months using the aforementioned questionnaire. The data from these interviews was then parsed to create the overall audit report, which analyzes current communications efforts and makes recommendations for process improvements and future projects.
